The Oasis has been created in the eastern part of our beautifully restored stone barn, with it’s own south-facing private terrace you can enjoy the sun here for most of the day. We have provided plenty of garden furniture, with parasols to give you shade so you can enjoy your meals outside, perhaps using the gas barbecue provided.

The terrace overlooks the swimming pool ( with a gate for safety), yet the surrounding palm trees and honeysuckle give you the privacy so you can sit there undisturbed - a perfect spot to enjoy your book. From each window of The Oasis you have lovely views of the gardens and the surrounding countryside.

There is a large, airy lounge/dining area, where some of the lovely wooden beams of the original barn have been carefully preserved. The kitchen is fully-equipped to modern standards with gas cooker, microwave and fridge –freezer. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with sofa and easy chairs, and there is free satellite TV with DVD/video player, and CD/cassette player. There are plenty of books and DVD’s & videos are available on loan. From this room, the french windows lead out to the private terrace, gardens and pool.

There is one double-bedded room with wash basin, wardrobe, dressing table and two bed side units. The second twin-bedded room has wardrobe, dressing table unit & bedside tables. There are fans available in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms are attractively furnished in the French style and overlook the gardens. The bathroom has shower, washing machine and hairdryer; the w.c is separate. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels provided.

For children:
A cot and high chair are available by arrangement. We also provide a selection of toys, games & books in your gîte. There are eating utensils etc. for the children – to make life easier for families staying with us. You will find the play area is well-equipped with swings, climbing frame, play gym etc. suitable for children of 2 years +. A baby swing & paddling pool are available on request.

We provide a Starter Pack in your gîte with a range of food items, such as milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, a selection of fresh fruit, French Bread and patisserie to save you shopping before you arrive. If you need any extra shopping let us know, as French supermarkets are closed on Sundays.

We can also offer Arrival Meals - a home-cooked, pre-prepared meal waiting for you in the fridge of your gîte, for you to serve yourself on the evening of your arrival. So you don’t even have to think about food after your journey!

Arrival meals need to be ordered in advance, so ask us to send you our reasonably-priced menu, when you complete the booking form for your holiday. There’s a free bottle of wine with each Arrival Meal – with our compliments!

All electricity, gas, water, bed linen and bath towels, and pool towels are included in your holiday price.
